Each operator is counted once a session, for CQ HOTG sent to ANSRVR or HOTG sent to APRSPH.
What counts
- Each operator is counted once a session, for a message to ANSRVR that starts CQ HOTG or a message to APRSPH that starts HOTG (or N:HOTG).
- The net is open every Thursday, all day (UTC).
- A check-in up to 6 hours early or late still counts.
- Joining, renewing or leaving the group without a message counts too.
- A message that names the group in a form the server could not read counts too.
- When this site misses a message, the server's or the bot's answer to it counts in its place, an answer to a join included.
- A name that is not shaped like a callsign is counted like any other.
- A check-in outside those hours is kept for net control to add.
- Net control can add others by hand.
By radio
A check-in sent by radio reaches this site only when a gateway (an IGate) hears it and passes it on.
If no gateway is in range of you, net control can add you by hand.
